Flat origami from circular paper technique consists in appropriate folding of colorful circles of different sizes and forming models out of them, which are then glued onto a bright cardboard. It’s unbelievable how many various forms can be folded from circles: flowers, animals (frog, wiener dog, squirrel, rabbit), Xmas tree, Easter basket, Santa, puppets, dolls. A great fun for preschoolers and first to third-grade students. Dorota Dziamska is an experienced teacher and promoter of origami art in Poland. Each copy of the book goes with a set of multicolored circles for creating a frog.

Self-created curriculum for elementary education, placing particular emphasis on actual integration of educational content as well as social, communicative and emotional aspects relating to children’s activity. The book includes an extensive description of the curriculum’s aims, the matter of education together with didactic programs and integration tools, methods and types of integrated classes, ways of drawing up plans for these and finally their evaluation. You can also find here reviews of some attractive teaching aids such as tin whistle or mandalas. Examples of a resultant and lesson plan for the grades 1 to 3 enclosed.
